Ordered this tripod to improve my pan shots. Weighs about 2.5 pounds and is 75 inches fully extended.
Pack weight is getting out of hand with the addition of cold weather gear. I figure I'm hauling about fifty pounds now. Feet are feeling it big time now. Problem is, as I write this I am sitting in my tent at 9,200 feet and the temp is dropping fast.
That Golite pack is holding up remarkably well considering I am far exceeding its weight limit.
