Well last night was horrific! Lucky to be alive. Lightning storm rolled in around 9:00pm. You do not want to be camping on a 5500 foot ridge in a lightning storm.
I curled up into a little ball and hugged the ground as best I could. Let's put it this way, the close hits noticeable increased the temperature in the tent.
Anyway, I'm still kicking. Write that one up as live and learn!
