Setup for the night.
Did about ten miles and one blister. Didn't see any wildlife. The good thing though was no road walking and plenty of places to camp. Will try for fifteen miles tomorrow.

Withlacoochee State Forest
Ditched the military poncho and put my tent, air mattress and rain coat in for a new base weight of 25 pounds. That is minus food, water and video camera but still pretty good. Figure add 8 pounds for water, 4 for food and 3 for camera and case. I can live with forty pounds.

Woods, Ducks and Pond
Just put this one together. Tried to upload a high quality version but Youtube would not allow a file that size, 193 megs, so that settles the quality standard issue as far as Youtube in concerned.
Made arrangements to fly out to San Diego toward the end of April for the PCT. I am going to bring the video camera and while I won't be able to post any edited videos I will be amassing some serious material. What you see here is practice and it is a lot of fun.
